Overview of Role:

Ergo are expanding our Azure team and we are seeking an Presales Solutions Architect for a permanent role in Dublin (remote work option available). The successful Presales Solutions Architect will work in a presales consultancy capacity with our sales and delivery teams and helping to design cloud solutions for some of Irelands leading companies.

You will be someone that is experienced in both the architecting and delivery of Azure solutions but now want to move away from full delivery responsibility to a more strategic Solution Architecting customer facing role.

You will be tasked with architecting Azure solutions to our customer base. You will do so through workshop sessions with both internal Ergo and Customer teams to arrive at a solution aligned to customer requirements. You will also build Proof of Concept solutions as required to allow our customers to begin to realize the benefits of the solution.

The TSC team operates as a Centre of Excellence where the team works individually or collaboratively with colleagues or partners to provide complete Technical Architecture for a given solution.

Perfect English and excellent documentation skills are of paramount importance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work at the core of the Centre of Excellence for Microsoft Azure solutions
• Solution Architecting, design and planning
• Play a key role in the sales delivery cycle, from prospect to workshops to architecting, documenting and presenting

Overview:

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for one or more customers helping to plan, debug, and oversee ongoing operations of business critical applications.
