You will be results-driven with experience in fostering strong relationships with customers. Adept at engaging customers to understand their needs and driving long-term value for the customer while delivering a "best in class" customer experience. Main Responsibilities & Activities <ul><li>Proactively contact and respond to customers by engaging with them to understand their current and future on-farm needs, challenges and opportunities.</li><li>Provide a timely response to all leads, expressions of interest and requests for quotations; handling customers queries and exceptions to ensure a high sales conversion rate.</li><li>Ensure that each interaction with a customer maximises the value of our products and services.</li><li>Partner and align with business units to identify, collaborate and accelerate opportunities for growth and to improve the end-to-end customer experience.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the marketing team and understand drivers of quality lead generation and reasons for customer conversion.</li><li>Advocate for customers internally, gathering customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Take ownership and resolve customer support queries in a friendly, professional, timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Help with customer success initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and case studies to enhance customer engagement.</li><li>From time to time, assist with preparation and attend events to educate customers about our client, our ethos and mission to support farmers and their communities.</li></ul> Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) <ul><li>Engagement: High activity levels to drive customer engagement.</li><li>Conversion: Effectiveness of sales conversion rates from qualified leads.</li><li>Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.</li><li>Customer Success: Customer Satisfaction, Retention, TNPS.</li></ul> Required Qualifications & Experience <ul><li>Education: Minimum of Cert/Diploma in Agriculture, Business or a related field desired.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a sales or customer success role, preferably in farmer focused Agri industry.</li></ul> Key Skills & Competencies <ul><li>Communication: Clearly articulate value propositions and listen actively to customer needs.</li><li>Relationship Building: Establish trust and long-term connections with customers.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and present solutions that align with customer needs.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Understand our products & services to help customers make well informed decisions.</li><li>Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally across your team and business units.</li><li>Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving value.</li><li>Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools to track customer interactions and customer success metrics.</li></ul> Apply today by sending your updated CV below to the attached link.
