Ideal for someone with experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service-particularly within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Core Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Process customer fabrication orders, including creating documentation for manufacturing and invoicing.</li><li>Provide frontline customer support, both over the phone and in person.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet departmental goals.</li><li>Work with software systems such as Navision.</li><li>Monitor and review sales activity for assigned customers.</li><li>Manage and grow existing key accounts.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and pricing.</li><li>Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any queries.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Team-oriented with a flexible approach to daily workloads.</li><li>Technically minded, with the ability to read technical drawings.</li><li>Competent PC user.</li><li>Experience or knowledge of aluminium systems, facades, windows, or doors is a strong advantage.</li></ul> If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working in a busy environment, and are looking to grow your administrative career in a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. This role is based on site and you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
