TMI are a busy traffic management company with an office base in Cork at Dunkettle for which we require an administrator.

 

You will be reporting to our Cork based management and administering all activities within the Muster Region.

 

Duties include but not limited to;

 

  • Weekly payroll administration
  • Manage roster and distribute information
  • Collect and collate worksheets
  • Monitor hours and timesheets
  • General administrative duties and reporting.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure the correct and timely sharing of information.
  • Communicating with various staff throughout the company.

 

Applicants must have;

 

  • Good computer skills (excel, word, outlook, Gmail etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on their own and use their own initiative.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Previous administration experience in a busy office would be a strong advantage.

 

In house training and support will be provided.

 

Hours will be full time with robust renumeration package based upon applicant experience, ability and development.

PROJECT SUMMARY:

Working with the Supply chain team on incoming NPI's, the administrator will be responsible for updating technical documentation on the EDMS (Documentum) using MS Word as well as other related activities.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
o 2-4 years relevant working experience in similar positions is preferred
o Excellent Communication Skills
o Presentation skills knowledge or ability
o Proficient in Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
