Unified Communications Support Engineer / Administrator Job Type: Contract (24+months) Location: Dublin – Hybrid - 3 days per week The Role The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role. <ul><li>Management, maintenance, monitoring and reporting on the Workspace One environment and mobile estate</li><li>Contribute to the planning and implementation of maintenance and installation works, including building and configuration of infrastructure components in virtualized environments</li><li>Apply tools, techniques, and processes to track, log, and correct information related to configuration items</li><li>Research, evaluate, and make recommendations to ensure proper operation and performance</li><li>Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes, and services</li><li>Security management to include anti-virus, patch, and update management to help mitigate risks to service quality</li><li>Capacity management for servers and applications – measure and assess platform capacity to meet future scalability of systems to ensure minimal downtime through predictable action</li><li>Involvement in problem and change management processes including working with the technical teams to facilitate successful testing and introduction of new products to the platform. This includes configuring policies, settings, and profiles to ensure that devices and applications are secure and compliant</li><li>Mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) concepts</li><li>Managing application deployment in the Workspace One platform. There will be an option to extend for an additional two years, and this will be an on-site role Monday to Friday at their office.The Helpdesk Engineer will be the first point of contact for customers and as such its functions are critical to overall successful service delivery. You will be required to engage in the resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 support calls. Using a central ICT Helpdesk system, you will be responsible for initially dealing with all ICT Support calls. Where you are capable of fully resolving an issue, you should do so, however more specialised and involved ICT issues will be escalated to internal Level 3 Engineer.</td></tr><tr><td>Role & Responsibilities: You must work in close partnership within your area to ensure the highest quality of support service is provided to users.
