Our client operates in the financial services sector and has offices all over the world. You will interact with all levels of their staff that visit the ITEC, listening to, understanding the needs, and providing technical advice and guidance, ensuring they receive the required support and remediation plan to ensure they are back up and working. You need strong experience in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite products 365 and have good Knowledge of the standard workplace technology (hardware, operating systems, mobile devices) used within a large organisation. You will Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer whilst promoting the clients Technology products and services.</td></tr><tr><td>Role & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for Interacting with all levels of their staff that visit the ITEC, listening to, understanding the needs, and providing technical advice and guidance, ensuring they receive the required support and remediation plan to ensure they are back up and working. <ul><li>Monitoring and management of incidents and request aligned to the IT Express Queue</li><li>Deploying new desktops to customer deskside (15-minute installation)</li><li>Deploying Laptops from the IT Express Centre and home Delivery</li><li>Replacing missing Items on standard desks around the building.</li><li>Progressing warranty returns for broken monitors.</li><li>Progressing Break fix replacements for broken STC and Peripherals throughout the building</li><li>Ensuring Incidents and requests are updated/resolved/closed with comprehensive notes and are in line with the contractual SLA's and best practices.</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td>Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: <ul><li>Professional IT qualifications</li><li>Experience of Win10 and Microsoft Office Suite products 365</li><li>Knowledge of the standard workplace technology (hardware, operating systems, mobile devices) used within a large organisation.</li></ul>Ability to work in Ireland:<ul><li>Irish/European - Citizen (OR) Stamp 4 Visa holder.</li></ul> About Us As Ireland's largest IT Solutions Provider, with a growing global footprint, ergo has a depth of expertise across managed services (IT & Hardware), cloud, applications & software services, IT Resourcing, and modern work. Requirements:<ul><li>Dealing with day-to-day IT tickets at 1st/2nd line level</li><li>Windows 10/Windows 11 Administration</li><li>Office 365 tenant administration including Outlook, TEAMS and SharePoint</li><li>Basic SharePoint administration</li><li>New user set up including laptop, desk phone and monitor hardware deployments</li><li>Basic Active Directory administration including new user creations and management of groups</li><li>Printer service management</li><li>Apple phones/iPads administration. Knowledge of Intune would be an advantage</li><li>Audio / visual setup for meeting rooms and board meetings</li><li>Liaising with managed services for networks, firewalls and server support</li><li>Malwarebytes administrator – monitoring and acting on cyber-attacks/ threats reported from Malwarebytes cloud console</li><li>Microsoft Defender administrator - monitoring and acting on cyber-attacks/ threats reported from Microsoft’s defender console</li><li>Performing daily system monitoring as part of morning checks, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and systems</li><li>Assistance with Corporate Webinars via Zoom</li><li>ICT documentation where necessary</li></ul> If you are interested in applying for this role, please do so via the relevant link.
