- Answering incoming calls and redirecting to the relevant person
- Monitor the company inbox and distribute emails appropriately
- Taking sales orders from customers via phone and email
- Organizing couriers and entering details on the portal
- Cash collection
- Creating PO's and sending to suppliers
- Organizing travel arrangements when required
- Any other ad hoc duties
What you will need:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
- A business degree would be desirable
- Possess excellent people and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and be a quick learner

Experience
