Tasks & Duties <ul><li>Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.</li><li>Oversee policy renewals including review, negotiation, and completion.</li><li>Provide expert advice on personal insurance products tailored to clients' risk profiles.</li><li>Respond to client queries promptly and resolve issues effectively.</li><li>Meet renewal and new business targets in line with team objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.</li><li>Monitor market trends and share insights on pricing, service levels, and product offerings with the management team.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to support product development, training, and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members when required.</li></ul> Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications <ul><li>A minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience within Personal Lines.</li><li>Minimum APA Personal Lines or Grandfathered, with up-to-date CPD.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of personal lines insurance products.</li><li>Experience managing client renewals and addressing insurance queries.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to build strong client relationships and retain business.</li></ul> For further information please contact Sabrina on 086 127 5159
