As the Executive Assistant you will provide high-level administrative support, acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to the CEO. Tasks & Duties <ul><li>Provide high-level executive support by managing a demanding calendar, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and overseeing inbox management - prioritising, flagging, and responding to time-sensitive communications. Act as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact for all internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and format a wide range of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence. Provide support on special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive function.</li></ul> Experience, Know & Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum of three year's experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, providing high-level support to C-suite executives in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work independently with sound judgement and initiative.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in managing complex executive travel arrangements, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
