eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for an IT Support Engineer.This is a 9 month Contract position located with our client in Athlone and work onsite 5 days a week. The Role In this role you will perform the On-Site IT services and end-user support. Your focus will be on resolving onsite support tickets, providing user onboarding/training where required and ensuring user satisfaction. You will help manage the IT equipment lifecycle process and assist and collaborate in IT project implementation. This role is for a high performing professional with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, approachable and highly customer oriented Key responsibilities:  <ul><li>University Degree in IT/Computer Science or bachelor’s degree with relevant discipline.</li><li>Some experience working in an Agile set-up with Kanban teams</li><li>IT support related experience</li><li>Appropriate service management program (ITIL foundation certification).</li><li>Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.</li><li>Experience working in an international environment.</li></ul>Key skills/knowledge/experience:  <ul><li>Post-secondary education in a related field and/or relevant IT support experience.</li><li>Good technical knowledge of Microsoft O365 environment, Windows 10, end-user device hardware; IOS devices and a high-level understanding of IT infrastructure.</li></ul>Ref: EET6754 If you are interested in applying for this role, please do so via the relevant link.
