Reporting to the Plant Production Manager, the role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the production line to ensure smooth performance and high-quality output. A strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude is desirable, along with previous experience in a manufacturing environment. <h3>Roles and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Set up, operate, and maintain the injection moulding production line to ensure efficient production.</li><li>Perform mould and machine cleaning, as well as maintenance of robots and ancillary equipment.</li><li>Ensure production of finished goods in compliance with SOPs and customer specifications.</li><li>Conduct quality checks and record quality data as required.</li><li>Handle raw materials and finished goods efficiently.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organised work area.</li><li>Perform additional production-related tasks as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing (packaging, food production, engineered components, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of machine operation and production processes.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Interest or experience in GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is an advantage.</li></ul> Shift Pattern: Alternating shifts.
