The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the AR department acting as the Team lead over a team of six employees. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to advance to a more senior finance role and gain valuable experience working within the FMCG sector. <h2>Duties/Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Oversee the day to day running of the Accounts Receivable department ensuring files go out on time and daily targets are met</li><li>Ensure timely processing of invoices, credit notes and refunds</li><li>Maintain customer accounts ensuring pricing/promotions are accurate and timely</li><li>Complete Period end final checks and close off module</li><li>Prepare, analyse and interpret monthly accounts receivable aging reports</li><li>Manage Cash flow forecast</li><li>Bank reconciliations</li><li>Maintain the AR mailbox and manage any incoming queries</li><li>Ensure departmental cross-training and develop and write policies and procedures</li><li>Lead weekly team meetings and discuss issues that arise / issue minutes</li><li>Identify efficiencies in department and consistently work to streamline and improve processes </li><li>Manage annual leave requests and arrange team cover as required</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with the Finance Manager performing other ad-hoc duties/reporting as required</li></ul><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul><li>A minimum of two years' experience working in Accounts receivable</li><li>Experience leading a team desirable</li><li>Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Excel</li><li>Ability to easily adapt to dynamic environment working to strict deadlines and targets</li><li>ATI qualified or Accountancy Degree required</li></ul> To Apply: Send CV through attached link Phone calls to Louise 086 4670069

The Role In this role you will perform the On-Site IT services and end-user support. Your focus will be on resolving onsite support tickets, providing user onboarding/training where required and ensuring user satisfaction. You will help manage the IT equipment lifecycle process and assist and collaborate in IT project implementation.
