ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience in a plant maintenance role; • Background in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or automation is required, along with at least 5 years of industrial experience (cement industry if possible); • Electrical trade, engineering or maintenance qualification desirable; • Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative; • Strong people skills with the ability to build professional relationships; • Progressive attitude towards change and improvement; • Track record of adhering to and enforcing safety regulations, particularly on projects under their supervision; • Good communication skills, well organised and trustworthy; • Comfortable working on own Initiative and as part of the team; • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including word, excel etc. SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager based in Ringsend, Dublin 4, for our client, a highly successful and rapidly growing manufacturing company in the environmentally friendly building materials sector.
