Warehouse Operative - Dispatch

Production Equipment is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 85,000 products to customers across Europe.  We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse/General Operative to join our busy team.

Responsibilities:

• Goods Receiving, checking, counting and organisation of stock
• Picking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and order turnaround times
• Stock checks and cycle counting of products in warehouse with proactive approach to maintaining stock accuracy
• Work with a computerised stock control system
• Loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Flexible to perform other related duties as directed.
• Expected to work in accordance with existing ISO 9001:2015 processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to use own initiative with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience using SAP or a similar system would be highly desirable.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a desire for excellence.
• Attention to detail and pick accuracy are paramount to the success of the role.
• You must have a minimum of 1 year’s order picking and warehouse experience.
• Experience using a forklift desirable
