Job description

Avoca Suffolk Street are hiring full-time waiting staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service - A high standard of customer service is required for the role, Including assisting customers in person, queue control and maintaining Avoca brand standards.
  • Previous experience working in the food industry desirable.
  • Till use - scanning items and taking payments at till points.
  • Good food product knowledge
  • Following HACCP, Health and Safety Procedures, ensuring completion of training in all areas (training provided).
  • Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager


Requirements:

  • Cleanliness/Organisation is essential in this role
  • Experience working in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent timekeeping is a key requirement
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
