Job description
Avoca Suffolk Street are hiring full-time waiting staff.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service - A high standard of customer service is required for the role, Including assisting customers in person, queue control and maintaining Avoca brand standards.
- Previous experience working in the food industry desirable.
- Till use - scanning items and taking payments at till points.
- Good food product knowledge
- Following HACCP, Health and Safety Procedures, ensuring completion of training in all areas (training provided).
- Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager
Requirements:
- Cleanliness/Organisation is essential in this role
- Experience working in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent timekeeping is a key requirement
- Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
