RemedyBio Background

RemedyBio’s business is centered on commercially deploying our discovery capability, which forms the foundation of the current frontier of biological insight- understanding the myriad intricate interactions between the huge numbers of different cells involved in normal and disease states. These insights will yield a new paradigm for developing a whole range of entirely novel diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities.

Role Description

Experienced Business Development individual with a strong scientific background to develop client acquisition and pharma partnering strategies. The successful candidate must have experience working with Executive Management to develop and implement corporate strategies. They will nurture and maintain relationships with biopharma companies, industry executives, venture capitalists and investment bankers.


·       M.S. or Ph.D. in life sciences; MBA is preferred, not required with 10+ years leading discovery or early-phase therapeutics sales and partnering with pharma companies

·       Experience with large deals (50M+) is essential

·       Great network in pharma therapeutics discovery and corp. dev.

·       Experience working in venture-backed companies

·       Strong understanding of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends to translate analyses into impactful business strategy recommendations

·       Instrumentation, diagnostics experience (e.g. liquid biopsy) also valuable
