We are looking for a talented Turnover Manager to join our industry-leading Construction team based on our client site in the Dublin region.
Requirements and duties:
- Develop a detailed turnover plan / schedule that includes a definition of the systems/subsystems.
- Develop a logical turnover sequence that includes combining multiple systems where possible/relevant.
- Provide a construction and walkdown calendar for scheduling purposes.
- Manage the process to agree all Trade partner Test Pack indexes.
- Provide regular reporting on CTOP progress.
- Approve all test packs to be included in the CTOP.
- Ensure that relevant subcontractor’s personnel are trained on GDP.
- Provide GDP Training prior to execution of any turnover documentation and ensure training records are maintained for each Trade Partner.
- Arrange co-ordination meetings with the Trade Partners to verify the understanding of the turnover forms.
- Continually review the completion of turnover documentation by Trade Partners as construction progresses.
- Escalate any issues effectively and promptly.
- Conduct periodic checks of the subcontractor’s quality and turnover documentation to monitor progress and accuracy, including GDP.
- Audit the subcontractor’s “as-built” red lines to ensure compliance with the procedures.
- Lead the Walkdown Process
- Manage the Master Punchlist system
Context, Environment, & Safety
- This position will have up to 100% travel, as required by the assigned project.
- The position may be assigned to the client site for an extended period.
- The position will visit Client sites and will adhere to stated safety rules.
- The position may visit active construction sights and will take site safety training.
This position is a safety-sensitive position. The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas.
