Parts Specialist - Santry
Location: Santry, North Dublin
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm + every second Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm
Call-Outs: Occasional (paid extra)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We're working with a well-known commercial vehicle service provider in Santry who is looking for a Parts Specialist to join their busy team. This is a hands-on role supporting workshop technicians with parts supply, stock control, and admin.
Key Duties:
Pick and deliver parts for workshop jobs
Order in parts and liaise with suppliers and technicians
Keep stock organised and well recorded
Update job cards and help with warranty returns
Support with front counter and phone sales as needed
Follow all safety and service procedures
What We're Looking For:
Strong motor trade experience - truck/trailer background ideal
Good parts and stock management skills
Comfortable using computer systems (Excel, Outlook, stock software)
Confident, reliable, and able to work under pressure
A team player with strong attention to detail
Must be local - on-call support is required occasionally
