We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our client as a Technical Support Engineer within Automation team. Our client is a develops cloud computing platform to help enterprise operation.
Contract Length - 12 Months FTC with vision to convert in Perm role.
Location: Dawson Street, Dublin - 2 days Onsite

1 Round Interview - ASAP Starter (Ideal)
Provide top-tier technical support to field engineers and technicians. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug complex systems, ensuring seamless operation of electro/mechanical equipment, software, and networks.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
Technical Stack:
- Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB
- Advanced Unix/Linux experience
- Experience with cloud-based software (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Okta)
