Specification Sales Manager
Ireland (Remote)
This is your opportunity to join a market leader provider of construction membrane technologies and design solutions, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through technical expertise, relationship management, and CPD training delivery.
Seeking a strong background in Relationship with Architects, Engineers, and Contractors to generate and convert specifications into sales through the Builders Merchant distribution channel
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Generate and log specifications on the CRM system, ensuring KPI targets are met and tracked through to sales.
Proactively develop new business opportunities within the Builders Merchant distribution channel, engaging with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Manage diary and territory planning using Outlook, CRM, and task management tools.
Commit to continuous professional development, enhancing technical knowledge and sales expertise.
Play a key role in the development and implementation of new product innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Specification Sales, particularly within the Builders Merchant distribution channel.
Seeking a strong background in Relationship with Architects, Engineers, and Contractors
Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence in delivering presentations and training.
High-level IT proficiency, including CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
