Are you an experienced leader with a background in food production or packaging? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer skills? Our Client is looking for a Packing Team Leader to join our team on the night shift in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Shift: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Packing Team to ensure efficient and high-quality packing of products.
Monitor production schedules to meet targets and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
Accurately record and report production data using computer systems.
Train and motivate team members to optimize performance.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain health safety standards in the packing area.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a lead role within a food production or packaging environment or strong experience in a similar environment
Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, production reporting systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
