Social Care Worker – Maternity Leave Cover - Swords, Co.Dublin

Location: Swords, Co. Dublin

Hours: Approximately 30-35 hours per week

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, is a community-based organisation dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across County Meath and North County Dublin. We are currently seeking a compassionate and committed Social Care Worker to join our Day Service in Swords, Co. Dublin on a maternity leave cover basis.In this role, you will be part of a professional and person-centred team, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential and actively engage with their communities. You will contribute to delivering high-quality, respectful, and progressive services in line with our core values.

Key Requirements:

• A degree-level qualification in Social Care or a related field is essential.
• Registered with CORU or started the application process for registration.
• Previous experience in disability services is desirable.
• Knowledge of New Directions Services & Supports for adults with disabilities would be advantageous.
• A full, clean manual Irish driving licence is required.
