Education & Skills
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Proven track record of working to strict timescales
- Excellent client facing skills
- Thorough knowledge of building practices
- Experience of internal finishes and M&E is desirable (Fitout and Finishes in hotels and residential projects)
- Experience of managing large scale projects would be an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and track progress
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
- Carry out safety checks /Audits
- Keep in close contact with members of the site team at all times
- Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
- Ensure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirements
- Ensure Quality standards are maintained at all times.
As a Site Manager you will have 8+years solid site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience of working on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors Industrial, Health, Pharma, Commercial & Education.
