Site Foreman/Qualified Plumber:
- Certification as a plumber with a strong background in mechanical installations.
- Previous experience working on construction sites, ideally within the mechanical engineering or building services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on motivating team members and ensuring high-quality work.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and mechanical installations, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on site.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to enforce safety practices on site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Site Foreman/Qualified Plumber:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- Lead and manage a team of plumbers and other trades, ensuring that all work is completed on time and in accordance with project specifications.
- Monitor the quality of work on site, ensuring that all installations meet the required standards and specifications.
- Ensure that all site activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations, and that all team members adhere to safety protocols.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials on site, ensuring that there are no delays in project timelines due to material shortages.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Provide regular reports to the Project Manager on the status of the project, including progress, any issues encountered, and how they were resolved.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes on site and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the project.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least of €50000+ and rewards & benefits.
