Shuttle Bus Driver - Dublin Area (Airport Region)
FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Shuttle Bus Driver in the Dublin Airport region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team, transporting passengers between the airport terminals and vehicle rental facilities while delivering exceptional service.
Role Details
Location: Dublin area (Airport region)
Schedule: 5 days over 7, with shifts between 05:00am - 01:00am
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + excellent benefits package
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport customers to and from airport terminals and facilities
Provide professional customer service and assist with luggage handling
Conduct pre-shift vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and fuel levels
Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and seating limits
Log incidents and support general operational efficiency
Carry out additional duties as directed by management
What You'll Need
Full Category D or D1 licence and valid CPC card
Clean driving record
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
Friendly, proactive, and safety-conscious approach
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Physical ability to support passenger needs and drive for extended periods
