We are seeking a qualified Sheet Metal worker for a long-established sheet metal workshop in Killarney.
This is a hands-on role for a skilled fabricator with 2 years of experience in general fabrication. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be required to ensure the successful delivery of fabrication projects on time and to high level of quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fabricate products in mild steel and stainless steel
- Accurately read and interpret complete fabrications to specification.
- Maintain high standards of quality, particularly in finishes and details.
- Use initiative to solve problems and complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years experience in fabrication, with a strong focus on stainless steel and sheet metal work.
- Completed apprenticeship in fabrication or a related trade.
- Ability to work from engineering drawings with precision and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
