Service Advisor- Lissarda, Cork
Monday-Friday: 08:30-05:30
My client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the service department in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assess vehicle service needs by reviewing history and discussing concerns with customers to ensure accurate job card documentation.
- Communicate updates on service progress, including any changes to cost estimates, timelines, or additional recommended services.
- Work closely with the Workshop, Service Reception, Warranty, and Parts teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A full driver's licence is required.
