About the Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in Kildare, overseeing a diverse range of projects including civil, pharma, and residential developments across Leinster. You will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring value for money, and delivering projects within budget. The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €85,000 - €90,000 vehicle (Jeep) + a strong package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of cost control, from initial budget through to final account.
- Prepare, monitor, and forecast project budgets.
- Handle contract administration, including subcontractor payments, valuations, and variations.
- Ensure financial reporting and progress tracking are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with an Irish Main Contractor.
- Strong knowledge of civil, residential, and educational projects.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Experience with contract management and knowledge of construction regulations.
