About the Role
We’re hiring Senior Platform Engineers to support the design, delivery, and scaling of cloud-based infrastructure that underpins our clients enterprise contact centre. This is an opportunity for experienced engineers to join a team that values automation, cloud-first thinking, and on-the-job learning in VoIP/SIP and contact centre technologies.
You’ll help scale Kubernetes-based systems, improve observability, and integrate CI/CD pipelines — all while being mentored by voice platform experts to gain exposure to tools like Genesys, Amazon Connect, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain resilient Linux-based systems for customer contact services
- Contribute to platform automation, monitoring, and deployment tooling (CI/CD, GitOps, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and support production systems in a 24/7 high-availability environment
- Collaborate with senior engineers to upskill in SIP, VoIP, and telephony environments
- Participate in agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and platform optimisation efforts
- Write and maintain platform documentation and incident runbooks
Ideal Experience
- 5+ years in platform, cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Strong skills in Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, Git)
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring frameworks
- Willingness to learn contact centre tooling (Genesys, Amazon Connect)
- Experience supporting production systems in a regulated or enterprise environment
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.) and solid understanding of system-level debugging
