Overview:
Are you a Senior Engineer seeking a new challenge in Cork? Would you like to work with one of Ireland's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors?
You will be working on a €multi-million educational project in Cork. This is a well-resourced, award-winning Irish company who have a great reputation within the construction industry.
They currently have a need for a Senior Engineer on this project and the multiple other projects they have planned, which offers long-term work in the Cork area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on large-scale construction projects, with an Irish developer or main contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring that the project progresses according to the construction program and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress, track timelines, and manage resources effectively.
- Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with BCAR, building regulations, and client specifications.
- Manage and mentor more Junior Engineers
The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of approx. €70,000 - €80,000 + Vehicle + Fuel.
