eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Change Analyst. This is a 6-month contract position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role(3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Sourcing & Negotiation
            -Lead sourcing activities, including RFP/RFI processes, to secure competitive pricing, favorable contract terms. (example: S4HANA migration project, engineering tools implementations, datahub implementation …).
             -Negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal, risk, and procurement policies. (example: TCS, HCL, Accenture)
  • Full support of the category strategy execution:
    -Support in implementing category strategies for IT services, aligning with organizational objectives and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
    -Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier developments relevant to IT services.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    -Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, finance, legal, etc.) to define service requirements, set strategic goals, and ensure alignment with procurement objectives.
    -Act as a trusted advisor on category insights and market dynamics, providing recommendations on supplier selection, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
    -Support and mitigate risks within the IT services supply chain, including vendor dependencies, cybersecurity, and compliance.
    -Ensure that all procurement activities align with corporate compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards. (example: use Internal Tools)
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    -Monitor and report on category KPIs and project milestones.
    List of potential projects/contracts negotiations to support: SAP migration, AV solutions installation and support, NIST audit service, PC refresh, Workday implementation….
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
