We are now recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the Accounts function at our head office in Charleville, Co Cork. The position offers an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, who will be reporting to the senior Accountant. We are seeking a self motivated book keeper to become part of our teams.
Responsibilities
- Fully familiar with Wage calculation and reconciliation v. Revenue returns
- Capable of managing daily book keeping requirements- invoice processing, creditor reconciliations & payment sand bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation and submission of Tax and VAT returns.
- Management of daily and weekly margin reports and be capable of trouble shooting data.
- Manage the company's debtors and creditors.
- Capable of managing and prioritising tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Experienced Sage user (or similar accounting software)
- A recognised Bookkeeping or Accounting Technician Qualification.
- Superb IT skills with proficiency
- Ability to work to and meet deadlines.
- 21 days holidays
