Job Title: Sales Skill Coach
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office or when required)
What will the employee s main responsibilities be? How will this employee spend their time?
- Developing Sales Skill Content (globally and locally) to be delivered via Live Training
- Planning and Facilitating Live Training - virtual and in-person as needed
- Providing 1-on-1 Sale Coaching (groups possible as well )
- Participating in all aspects of Train the Trainer for Challenger Sales Methodology, in preparation for Q3/Q4 content development and delivery.
- Supporting any other strategic initiatives related to Sales Skills Training (ie. assisting with Gong analytics, creating Sales Skill assessments.

- The Sales Enablement (SE) team is broadly tasked with empowering our sales teams to be successful business and marketing partners to 1000s of Pinterest s clients across the globe.
- As a member of the training team with Sales Enablement you will focus on upskilling and coaching. You will create high-impact learning experiences around critical sales skills, and you will help coach frontline sellers to ensure their client engagements are as impactful as possible - directly impacting the success of Pinterest and the client.
- In this role you will gain exposure to a diverse set of businesses and marketing challenges, and positively impact sellers with varying degrees of tenure and experience.
kills: Must Haves
- Sales Skills - the ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a frontline seller, with deep understanding of the media and advertising landscape, and an understanding of how sales organizations work - including carrying a book of business, maintaining a pipeline, creating pitch narratives, establishing client relationships etc.
- Facilitation Expertise - this role will require regular facilitation with group sizes ranging from 10 -100 people so strong presentation skills along with the ability to pivot and navigate a room (in person and virtual) are critical.
- Coaching Experience - the ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising sellers 1-on-1 to help them practice and prepare for upcoming client meetings. A coaching certification is not mandatory, but a plus.

Education: Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales training, facilitation, and coaching, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven performance analysis.
- Proficiency in using sales training tools and technologies.
- Certification in sales training or coaching (e.g., Certified Sales Coach) is a plus.
