We are currently recruiting for Room Attendants who will work within our Housekeeping Department (Full-Time and Part Time positions available).  As an Room Attendant, you will be part of a large diverse team operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.

Duties:

• You will be required to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas
• You are required to work as part of a team in a very busy working environment
• Ensuring that you provide each guest with the highest levels of housekeeping service in accordance with our 5 star expectations
• To provide a full service to vacated bedrooms and replenish stayover bedrooms in accordance with the hotel standards
• To understand all standards of performance and delivery within the housekeeping department
• To carry out turndown duties
• To ensure cleaning checklists adhere
• To have strong knowledge of all areas of the hotel
• To abide by a flexible work schedule
• To provide support where necessary with regard to the various departments of the Hotel
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Able to organize situations in a busy work environment
• Enjoy challenging tasks, and are able to act in a positive manner
• Be consistent in providing a high-quality service
• Act as a team player at all times
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with a determination to grow and progress within the Housekeeping Department
• Excellent proficiency of the English language is desirable but not essential
