My client is a highly successful and well-known Convenience fresh food retail group seeking an experience proven Retail Manager to join their team. 

A very successful retail group with a number of shops and part of a wider retail network with a nationwide presence that offers huge scope for career progression. 

Fresh Foods, standards and customer service are the main standouts for our clients business, we are seeking a manager who values these and would like to challenge themselves in a fast paced convenience store, with a team of 20+ at your disposal.  

€50,000 base salary

Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job:

• Ensure the retail store runs efficiently and smoothly.
• Ensuring the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives
• Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising, customer service, and hygiene that reflect's well on the group's reputation
• Managing all HR, H&S related queries, ensuring your retail shop is compliant with all these matters.

Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:

• Must be a proven and experienced Retail Grocery Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar retail food environment ready to step up.
• Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must, must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them, such as deli charge hands, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors and other senior staff.
• Commercially astute, looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape, and managing costs effectively, and using your supplier network to your advantage.
• Working knowledge of Labour Law, Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, and Consumer Law
