Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with new and existing business clients to understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions.
Create and manage customer quotations, process orders, and ensure a seamless sales process.
Build strong long-term relationships that result in repeat business and customer loyalty.
Deliver expert product advice to support commercial decision-making.
Maximise profit margins while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications via CRM tools.
What You’ll Need
Two years experience in B2B sales , ideally in a retail or product-based environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working to targets.
Strong computer literacy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
