Overview:
Our busy Dublin 22 hotel is looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Reservations Agent to support our bookings department. This customer-facing role is essential to delivering seamless reservation experiences for our guests, both over the phone and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to reservation enquiries via phone, email, and third-party platforms

  • Process individual and group bookings accurately

  • Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques

  • Update booking systems and records in real-time

  • Liaise with reception and sales departments to ensure smooth guest experience

  • Handle special requests and last-minute changes efficiently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reservations or front office preferred

  • Strong communication and IT skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident telephone manner and professional email etiquette

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

  • Strong command of the Hotsoft Property Management System is essential
