As a Reservation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our reservation department. You will be responsible for overseeing the reservation team, managing bookings, maximising occupancy, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the reservation team, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
• Manage all aspects of the reservation process, including handling inquiries, processing bookings, and managing cancellations and modifications.
• Monitor room availability and optimise occupancy levels to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a reservation or front office role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
