What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the essential link between top candidates and leading companies. Your role will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and video chats to understand their needs.
- Using creative marketing, networking, and social media strategies to attract clients and candidates.
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates who are the perfect match for exciting roles.
- Managing the full recruitment process—from shortlisting and preparing candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
- Running your own recruitment desk like it’s your business, with support every step of the way.
We’re searching for someone who:
- Has 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment (engineering/construction recruitment experience is a plus!).
- Is target-driven, motivated, and hungry for success.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong work ethic.
- Wants uncapped earning potential and a clear path to career progression.
- Has excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
- Enjoys the thrill of achieving goals and overachieving on targets.
