Receptionist

The Cork International Hotel is seeking to recruit a Full Time Receptionist to join their team. If you have experience in a guest facing roles and love dealing with guests then this is the role for you.

The main duties will include:

• Checking-in and out of guests
• Answer calls and relaying messages to staff and guests
• Balancing guests account
• Providing excellent customer service for our guests

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a guest facing role preferably in a hotel
• Good communication and IT skills
• Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
