In this role, you will assist the organisation in formulating quality standards and regulations, monitor the quality management system, ensure compliance with the latest quality controls, and help maintain company-wide standards.
Position type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Hours: 40
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 14:30 - 01:00
Pay range: €14.70 /hour. (Salary equivalent €29,328.00)
Breaks: 30 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid
Responsibilities:- Ensure food safety, quality, and audit standards across production.
- Conduct line checks, GMP audits, and taste panels.
- Support investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Calibrate equipment and verify allergen controls.
- Maintain records, monitor shelf life, and oversee hygiene compliance.
- Perform internal audits and post-clean inspections.
- Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.
Technical and Industry Knowledge
Relevant experience in a similar industry – Food/FMCG
Food Safety Level 2 (Essential)
HACCP Level 2 (Essential)
Allergen awareness
Pest awareness
Good GMP Audit Practice knowledge
Previous experience with internal audits
Good numerical skills and understanding of gap analysis
Computer and Analytical Skills
Excellent computer skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
Personal and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication skills

- Begin with 23 days of annual leave, progressively increasing by an extra day each year until you reach 25 days, in addition to public holidays.

- Paid Breaks
- Overtime available but not guaranteed: Any hours over 40 hours is time and a half. Saturday is time and a half for the first 4 hours then double time after 4 hours. Sunday is double time.
