Quality Assurance Specialist

Our client, a food production facility based in Wicklow, is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans, policies, and procedures

• Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all processes

• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes

• Train employees on quality control processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Food science degree

• Previous experience in quality assurance

• Experience in food production environment

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
