You will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of complex electrical and instrumentation projects across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, data centres, and power transmission.
You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and control aspects of various projects, working closely with the Project Manager and the wider construction team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

As a Project Planner:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally within an M&E contracting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Project Planner Skills:
- Oversee project control activities including scope definition, milestone identification, risk assessment, and governance planning.
- Develop and maintain Project Controls Systems tailored to individual projects.
- Prepare and agree on schedules of work with the Project Manager and client.
- Track and log progress, comparing planned versus actual outputs.
- Collaborate with the construction team to capture and document any issues affecting project timelines.
- Attend internal and client-based site meetings, providing scheduling and progress updates.
- Monitor budget versus actual costs, identifying any scope growth or changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use internal project control systems (training provided) to ensure all progress is accurately tracked and recorded.
- Analyse site installation outputs, advising on any necessary changes regarding labour hours and efficiency.
- Generate and circulate weekly construction reports for the project team.
- Irish project experience is essential for this role.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €90,000.
