The Role: Project Manager
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Dublin, ideal for experienced civil engineers ready to relocate to Ireland. You will be responsible for managing multiple infrastructure projects across urban and rural environments, taking the lead in delivery, planning, design review, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. This is a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on commercial oversight, quality assurance, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for multiple infrastructure projects, especially in urban settings
Oversee and deliver project design, engineering, and execution from concept to completion
Apply commercial insight to project costing, value engineering, and claims documentation
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors
Create and interpret high-detail drawings for design and construction efficiency
Draft regular project and performance reports for internal and external use
Lead and motivate existing team members, supporting structure improvements and new hires
Coordinate with various departments and external agencies to ensure seamless project delivery
About You
15+ years of project management experience in civil engineering infrastructure
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related field (required for Critical Skills Employment Permit)
Proven track record in streetworks, drainage, power networks, and water networks
Full, clean drivers license (essential)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail, particularly in project design and costing
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
Professional, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
