Job Title: Project Manager (Water/Civils)

Job Description:
Our client are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Dublin / Meath / Louth to join their team. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing multiple projects in both urban and rural environments, with a strong focus on urban areas.
  • Approach projects with a commercial mindset.
  • Oversee sewer and water connections across the Greater Dublin area and surrounding counties.
  • Provide detailed cost-to-complete values and claims narratives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Client Representatives, third-party providers, and stakeholders.
  • Review, construct, and draft drawings with a high level of detail to support value engineering and efficient design.
  • Analyze design briefs and prepare proposed design packs from concept to detailed designs, incorporating environmental, archaeological, and other relevant considerations.
  • Prepare and communicate regular reports for project status updates and strategic business guidance.
  • Lead and manage an existing team with strong communication and motivational leadership.
  • Assess the construction feasibility of complex design projects in the water and wastewater industry.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with staff, departments, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Enhance team structures and processes while supporting the integration of new team members and external supply chains.
  • Manage Site Investigation (SI) works.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Full, clean driver’s license is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications are desirable.
  • Experience with UK or Irish Water Standards (Potable & Foul) is essential.
  • Confident, motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills to meet targets effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Integrity and a commitment to confidentiality and privacy.
