We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Physiotherapist (Basic Grade)to join our team in a CDNT based in Enable Ireland, Lavanagh Centre, Curraheen, Cork.

Contract Type: Temporary (6 month Fixed Term Contract)

-

Contract Hours: 35hours per week

-

Salary Scale: €43,276 to € 57,653 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments)

-

Annual Leave Entitlement: 32 days pro rata

Overview of the Post:

-

To work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing services to children aged 0-18 years and families within the region. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a physiotherapy service to include assessment diagnostics and intervention and ongoing service delivery to children with a range of disabilities. The post holder will be required to work across a variety of settings including the clinic, schools, preschools and special schools, children's homes and community settings.

The successful candidate will have

Essential Criteria:

-

Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU. See attached link for current approved Physiotherapy qualifications:

AND

-

Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.

Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Register Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.

Annual registration

i. On appointment practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.

AND

-

· Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to the Enable Ireland.
