Part-Time Breakfast Supervisor

FLORITZ are recruiting for Part-Time Breakfast Supervisor to join the team at cosy restaurant in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a restaurant environment and be passionate about providing memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Welcoming and assisting and customers with exceptional service and maintaining high standards consistently.

- Developing a strong understanding of food, beverages, and wine to provide recommendations.

- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service.

- Actively promoting sales to increase revenue.

- At least 2 year of experience in customer service.

- Maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanour.

-Staff training and development

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food and beverage within a wine bar or restaurant.

- Positive, customer-focused, and friendly demeanour.

- Highly motivated, hardworking, and adaptable to various work hours and tasks.

- Team player interested in joining a vibrant team.

- Cocktail and Wine experience preferred but not required.

- Full flexibility for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

-Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken

-Must have excellent people skills
