Comfort Keepers are Hiring! Rapid Responder - South Dublin

We are looking for experienced and qualified Home Support Workers to support our clients with immediate care needs across the South Dublin area. If you have a strong background in various types of care and are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed hours contract
• Work 4 days per week (8 AM - 9 PM, with a 2-hour daily break)
• Competitive salary:
• €32,600 per annum (working every second weekend - €14.24 per hour)
• €35,500 per annum (working every weekend - €15.50 per hour)
• Fuel card and mobile phone provided

Requirements:

• QQI Level 5 qualification
• Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
• Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Caring, reliable, trustworthy, and kind nature
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing essential care and support to clients in the community
• Assisting with both low and high needs clients
• Supporting daily activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping
• Working from a fixed daily hours roster but with variable client assignments, requiring daily interaction with schedulers to determine care needs
