Do you enjoy working and interacting with people and like to keep things organised, then we at Midland Car Sales Ltd. would like speak to you about the Office/Sales Administration position we have open in our Carlow location.
Responsibilities:
- Answering main switchboard, routing calls, taking messages.
- Administrative duties (incl. typing/dictaphone transcribing, faxing/emailing, data entry, photocopying, report compilation, organising main and dispatch, etc.).
- Welcoming visitors and informing staff of their arrival.
- Maintaining Company diary (e.g. meetings, events, conferences, training courses, etc.).
- Handling basic queries as they relate to the Company and its services, etc .
- Assist in Company event organisation (e.g. functions, conferences, meetings, travel arrangements, hotel & restaurant bookings, trade & motor shows)
- Co-ordinating and purchase of equipment and supplies.
Salary:
- Commensurate with experience
