Job Description
Being a Office Administrator will involve you interacting with customers on a day to day basis whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers and helping them with any questions/queries they have. You will be responsible for all invoicing and filing of the Branch.
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers when they walk through the door
- Documents sale by creating open jobs or updating customer records via in-house system
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Processing payments, processing invoices, filing invoices etc....
- Keeping all Fleet paperwork up to date
- Book in vehicles whilst keeping the Customer updated by follow up phone calls
- Build rapport through conversations and honest recommendations for Customer Vehicles
- Be able to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionally
Experience
- Someone who is able to navigate through a computer
- Motor Trade interest preferred
- High Energy, Friendly personality and strong willed
- Capable of interpreting customer' words and showing them professional Customer Service that meet their needs
