Job Description


Being a Office Administrator will involve you interacting with customers on a day to day basis whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers and helping them with any questions/queries they have. You will be responsible for all invoicing and filing of the Branch.


Responsibilities

  • Greet Customers when they walk through the door
  • Documents sale by creating open jobs or updating customer records via in-house system
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Processing payments, processing invoices, filing invoices etc....
  • Keeping all Fleet paperwork up to date
  • Book in vehicles whilst keeping the Customer updated by follow up phone calls
  • Build rapport through conversations and honest recommendations for Customer Vehicles
  • Be able to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionally


Experience

  • Someone who is able to navigate through a computer
  • Motor Trade interest preferred
  • High Energy, Friendly personality and strong willed
  • Capable of interpreting customer' words and showing them professional Customer Service that meet their needs
